More Information

Folsom Europe e.V.

Folsom Europe e.V. in Berlin is the place where fetish and community meet, and serves as the heart of lovers of leather, latex, and alternative lifestyle events. Since its first edition in 2004 in the Schöneberg district, this unique event has evolved into one of the largest fetish events in Europe, attracting thousands of visitors each year.

History

The roots of Folsom Europe e.V. can be traced back to the first street festival in 2004, which attracted 3,500 queer visitors from Europe and North America. The event has since grown to an impressive 25,000 participants and is coordinated by the passionate work of volunteers and the board, who are committed to social cohesion and the joyful expression of sexual freedom.

Events and Activities

As part of Folsom Week, numerous parties and events take place, catering to every fetish enthusiast. From the ADAM Party to the officially integrated RECON BERLIN event, the diversity is overwhelming. Additionally, special offerings, such as the enhanced Puppy Events, aim to celebrate and promote the latest trends within the community. Small and large, everyone has a stage here, and everyone is welcome.

Costs and Organization

To participate, attending often involves a small fee, but the community is very generous when it comes to donations for charitable causes. In 2023, over €70,000 was raised for various non-profit organizations. Every cent counts, and every donation helps continue the event and support others.

Reviews

The opinions about Folsom Europe e.V. are as colorful as the event itself. Many visitors praise the friendly atmosphere and the sense of belonging that comes alive during the events. In particular, the diversity of fetishes and the openness of the participants are often highlighted. However, some guests have also raised concerns, particularly regarding the behavior of certain festival attendees and the cleanliness of the venue. Despite this criticism, the event remains one of the best in Europe for many, as it provides a platform where no one is excluded and everyone can celebrate their own preferences.
