The starting signal for the CSD week in Leipzig is on June 20, 2025, with the traditional raising of the rainbow flag in front of the New Town Hall. As part of this ceremony, the CSD Leipzig Award for queer engagement will also be presented. This opening event marks the beginning of a week full of activities and events for the LGBTQ+ community.
